Carla Brees served for over three decades as a senior Veterans Health Administration Chief Logistics Officer. She is an expert in medical logistics management and has extensive knowledge of supply chain systems and requirements. Carla is an expert in establishing policy and best practices. Carla is an expert in implementing and monitoring current logistics systems. Carla managed the Pilot site for Maximo and Above Par.  Carla is certified by Scaled Agile as a SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.


Kuly T. Kimba works in policy analysis and development. Mr. Kimba spent close to a decade working with federal agencies. At the Department of State, Kuly managed a portfolio of 17 bureaus to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. DoS deputized Kuly as a Marshal, and he served as an Operational Security Manager. He coordinated Emergency Management Operations for 84 DoS facilities. Kuly earned a BA in Public Relations with a minor in Mass Communications from West Virginia State University.


Basel Hani is a Business Analyst and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). His team supports professional development programs for several large clients, including the Department of Veterans Affairs. Basel has years of professional experience includes five years in operations management and business development. Basel holds a BS in Management and an MS in Supply Chain Management, from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at UMD. Basel also holds a Supply Chain Risk Management Certificate from Resilinc, a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, and a Department of Homeland Security Trusted Tester Certification for conformance with Section 508 standards.


Kristen Queen has spent the past 20 years developing an acuity for providing strategic growth and exemplary results within local government and higher education institutions. Kristen served in the Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement at Hampden-Sydney College as both Assistant Director and Interim Director. She provided leadership for alumni chapters and programs on-campus, nationally, and abroad. Under Kristen’s direction, the College saw its national Alumni Association ranking soar from 9th to the 4th Best Alumni Network per the Princeton Review.


Amanda L. Best specializes in technical writing. She supports professional development programs for clients, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Amanda holds a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Juris Doctor degree from the City University of New York School of Law. After practicing law for several years and clerking for a Superior Court judge in NJ, Amanda transitioned to e-discovery project management and support. She is skilled in preparing guides, presentations, curricula, reports, statements of work, and responses to requests for proposals for a variety of public and private entities.


Ashley L. Richardson is a public relations professional with twenty years of experience in the fields of higher education, healthcare, and law.  She focuses on driving successful communication strategies that leverage technology to optimize user comprehension and connection. Ashley’s areas of expertise include communications strategy development, technical writing, project management, and user engagement metrics analysis. Ashley earned a BA in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.


Lisa Sedlock, Ed.D., is a certified project management professional (PMP) experienced in education & training. She is an expert in technology integration, online program administration, contract management, learning evaluation & assessment, professional learning & development, instructional design, info systems administration, strategic forecasting, compliance & accreditation, & program implementation. She is skilled in operations management, & evaluation of program metrics & forecasting. Lisa holds an MA in Educational Administration & an Ed.D. in curriculum & instruction with an emphasis on educational technology from the University of Florida.


CURTIS KINGERY is a Consultant and professional researcher, specializing in data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation. He has experience in academia, at The University of New Mexico (UNM), and industry. Curtis earned his BS in Psychology at Roanoke College, with a minor in Statistics. He holds professional certifications in survey design, data analysis, and the responsible conduct of research. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Curt is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and is certified in Data Analytics (Google).


Brooke Baugher, Ph.D., is a Civil Engineering graduate of Virginia Tech specializing in the development & systems-level evaluation of international programs. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, MS in Civil Engineering, MNR in Natural Resources, and graduate certificates in both global sustainability & international development policy & planning. Brooke is an NSF Graduate Research Fellow in Engineering Education. She worked with international NGOs on social, infrastructure, & product development projects.  


Katelynn Celi is Executive Assistant to Dr. Wesley Randall, President of Supply Chain Vistas. Mrs. Celi received her Associate’s in Science at The University of West Florida. Katelynn manages project-based patient care & quality control at West Florida Medical Group Primary Care. She holds her CCMA certification through The University of West Florida and her CPT certification through Pensacola State College. She also holds a certification for Covid-19 Contact Tracing from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera. Mrs. Celi is fluent in the French language.
